Unanimously Approve "Anti-Bieber" Resolution

(Lock Haven) – Fresh from their annual winter meeting in Cabo San Lucas, Henderson NCAA  Officials today announced a series of official actions taken by its Board of Directors as they prepared for their upcoming annual tournament.

·        Among the board actions:

Urged Jennifer Aniston to “just give up”.  “Jimmy Valvano had it wrong,” said Tournament President Matthew Henderson.

·         Approved an “Anti-Bieber” Resolution. “It speaks for itself,” said Tournament Senior Vice President Patrick Henderson. “Is this the example we want to set for our children?”

In addition, the Executive Committee took action on several items.  Highlights include:

·         Expressed a “Sense of the Board” that gambling on collegiate athletics is detrimental, deleterious and generally harmful.

·         Urged Lybian Dictator Muammar “Too Tall” Ghaddaffi to step down as requested by the U.N. Security Council.  “He’s stifled democracy for too long. And he’s failed to get out of the Midwest bracket since 2004,” said Tournament Senior Vice President for External Affairs Michael Henderson.

·         Announced that H. Scott Johnson has been selected as the first recipient of the Tournament’s hallowed Lifetime Achievement Award.  “As his lovely wife Trudy so eloquently stated, no one has done more with less,” remarked Tournament President Matt Henderson.  A formal awards ceremony is expected in the near future.

Tournament officials have yet to announce their selected destination for this fall’s Annual Banquet, though they noted that Christopher Cross is expected to perform.
