Officials recently traveled to Cuyahoga Falls, OH to sit down with John Edward Chapman, part of the Henderson NCAA Tournament’s efforts to get to know its participants better. In a no-holds-barred interview, Chapman – part-time city prosecutor of widowed and orphaned utility cheats – discussed his commitment to fighting crime, aversion to broccoli and prospects for his beloved Mountaineers.
